摘要： 大量研究表明，阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD）与抑郁症密切相关，抑郁症是引发AD 的重要危险因素，而AD 常并发抑郁症，两者共患病率高。该文就血管因素、β淀粉样蛋白、皮质醇- 海马通路、神经生长因子和兴奋性氨基酸等方面综述AD 与抑郁症的共病机制，为研究新型抗AD 和抑郁症药物提供参考依据。

Abstract: Increasing evidence shows that Alzheimer’s disease （AD） is closely associated with depression. Depression is an important risk factor of AD and depressive symptoms often occur among patients with AD. This review focused on the relationship of these two diseases and summarized the underlying pathological mechanisms， including vascular factor， β-amyloid protein， glucocorticoid steroids and hippocampal atrophy， nerve growth factors and excitatory amino acid， which may provide a new insight into developing novel treatment strategies for AD and depression.
